We are commited to promoting and preserving environmental awareness by encouraging responsible collection of used containers by offering a free pick up service for empty totes and will pay per tote if your containers meet the buyback program terms and conditions.  If you have a surplus of empty totes in your plant that need to be removed and disposed of, call Industrial Tote or fill out the retrieval form below to schedule a free pick up.  Routine pick-up services are also offered.  Our quick and reliable tote pick up service will save your company time and money in addition to simplifying your container management systems.

Tote Retrieval and Disposal Procedure

1. Call Industrial Tote at (877) 233-8683 or fill out the tote retrieval submission form to the right when your company has empty totes/IBCs ready for pick-up.

2. Tote Pick-up requests can be submitted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and are processed by Industrial Tote Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST.  Once we process your request, Industrial Tote will send an email confirming your request.

3. Industrial Tote arranges for the pick-up and incurs all freight charges.

4. A bill of lading will be faxed to your company detailing the shippping logistics and date of scheduled pick up.

5. Please fax all related MSDS forms.

6. Please try to leave as little heel in the bottle as possible.
